I am sooo cute!

Scorching hot again today. We visited Joshua's godparents, Dave and Maggie, for a BBQ lunch yesterday. And today Lionel and Joshua spent some time "watering the plants" after church to cool off. Today's church service was an outdoor service on the Lye. Phil reminded us that the only thing that can sort out the messes we make of our lives is Jesus. Couldn't have asked for a better day to hear that message really...

Friday 24 June

Joshie playing with some old books and L's old laptop before we went out for a trip to the park and then the pool. We were due to meet some of the NCT ladies but Fiona got the directions wrong and ended up at the wrong pool!!! That said, Joshie had a FANTASTIC time. Clung to Fiona like a limpit for the first 3 minutes and then spent an hour and a half covering every inch of the place. He just loved everything. And was even happy to put his face in the water-wonders will never cease!!! Apparently the superb weather is due to continue so we're looking forward to some outdoor time with Lionel over the weekend.
