No rest for the weary today and the painting drive continues. Pa has started the undercoating today. Apparently the undercoat we bought is "very good and very thick". Unfortunately we bought the wrong roller so that meant another couple of trips to the paint store for Pa and Fiona. But the painting is now well underway and we expect to see a real transformation in the next day or two.
Today's "Danger" outfit was provided by Uncle Craig and Tanya. Unfortunately it didn't last the duration after an unfortunate accident. But that meant it could be replaced by the "Aussie" outfit which arrived in the post today from Aunty Sparky. Nanna thinks this is the best outfit so far and can't wait to see Lionel's face when he gets home tonight!!! Might be one for watching the Ashes ... "Aussie, Aussie, Aussie - oi! oi! oi!!!"
