We were to be heading north this weekend to visit Lionel's brother and family. Alas, his 2 little girls have come down with chicken pox and...so has Fiona!!!
Evidence of this catastrophe appears below but Fiona has banned all photos of her face until the pox have disappeared and considers photos of all other plague sites too sensitive for the viewers.
Thank God for the anti-virals provided by the Doctor, affectionately nicknamed "the horse pills" by Lionel. A whacking great dose of them 5 times a day. This will have considerably reduced the symptoms. And, quite frankly, the ones we are enduring are quite bad enough thanks very much. Mamma McGuire is coming over to nurse Fiona after Lionel goes back to work and we expect Joshua to come down with it very soon
:( :( :(
Daddy's second attempt at a barrier preventing J's entry into the kitchen. So far Joshua thwarted. But he's still trying...
Enough hair to brush these days!!!
