Friday 3 July

Another swim at Bakersgate today. Fiona was feeling really grateful for life and health and everything today after reading the blog of her friend Liz whose youngest daughter has leukemia. Puts our own worries into perspective.

Thursday 1 July

Lionel's flowers have finally sprouted. Red AND purple. Who would have guessed??!!

Didn't get a nice picture of Charlie at our last meeting. Still didn't manage to get one of his lovely smile. But we got one :)

Fun in a bucket!

Watch out Charlie...

Too late!!!

We had a visit from Helen this morning and then the NCT laydees and babies met up for a swim at Bakersgate. It wasn't the nicest of days but we all had fun in the pool. And we said hello to Pippa and Brian while we were there. The builder and carpenter visited us in the evening to talk a bit more about the kitchen. It would be really nice to have a new kitchen.

Wednesday 30 June

Can't believe the year is half gone - how did that happen??!!

Spent the day in London today visiting lots of people - and lunch with Daddy and the pigeons.

Tuesday 29 June

We're going camping in July and Joshie is trying out his new baby bath...

J decided the laptop needed a good dusting :)

We had a quiet day in the house today. Fiona was cream crackered and plum tuckered!!!!
Lovely day on Monday catching up with Miss Helena. Swim at Bakersgate and the afternoon at a deserted Wisley. Only wish we could do it every week. But then it wouldn't be so special. Thanks for coming Helena. We love you.

Sunday 27 June

Let me try!!

Your turn, Daddy

I am sooo cute!

Scorching hot again today. We visited Joshua's godparents, Dave and Maggie, for a BBQ lunch yesterday. And today Lionel and Joshua spent some time "watering the plants" after church to cool off. Today's church service was an outdoor service on the Lye. Phil reminded us that the only thing that can sort out the messes we make of our lives is Jesus. Couldn't have asked for a better day to hear that message really...
